Drops and Wins 2021 - Full terms & conditions
The following is a list of terms and conditions for participation in Pragmatic Play™’s ‘Drops & Wins – Cash Prizes
All Day Long - It only takes a spin to win’ Network Promotion (the “Network Promotion”) by Pragmatic Play™’s
operators (the “Operators”), whether offered directly or through a platform provider, which shall run from 11th
February 2021 to 17th November 2021 (the “Network Promotion Term”) as a global promotion for Pragmatic Play™ network
and games.
By participating in the Network Promotion, you hereby agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Moreover, these
terms and conditions shall be read in conjunction with, and the Network Promotion shall be subject to, the terms and
conditions set out in the Software Licence Agreement entered into between Pragmatic Play™ and the Operator. Any
capitalized terms contained herein which are not defined shall have the same meaning used in the iGaming/gambling
industry.
Drops & Wins – ‘Cash Prizes All Day Long - It only takes a spin to win’ General terms and conditions
This Network Promotion is operated by Pragmatic Play™. As such, the prize pool is shared across the network of Operators who opt in this Network Promotion.
The Network Promotion includes forty (40) seven (7)-day tournaments (each a “Weekly Tournament”) and a total of two hundred and eighty (280) daily prize drops (each a “Daily Prize Drop”) which will run throughout 11th February 2021 to 17th November 2021 weekly. The Network Promotion Term is divided into ten (10) stages, each stage comprising of four (4) weeks (every four
(4) weeks shall be referred to as a “Stage”), whereby each week within the Network Term shall be a qualifying week (hereinafter each a “Qualifying Week”).
To participate in any Weekly Tournament or Daily Prize Drop in the Network Promotion, players must open any of the participating games and join/opt in.
Prizes: The total prize pool for the entire Network Promotion is four million Euros/British Pounds Sterling (€/£ 4,000,000).
The Network Promotion prizes may be won by players in the form of fixed cash amount and/or multiplier amount.
(i) Players participating during regular weeks may win prizes in the form of fixed cash amounts as set out in the Weekly Tournament (Regular Weeks) Prize Table and the Daily Prize Drops (Regular Weeks) Prize Table further below (hereinafter the “Regular Weeks”)
(ii) Players participating during multiplier weeks may win prizes in the form of a multiplier r of the winning player’s bet amount as set out in the Weekly Tournament (Prize Multiplier Weeks) Prize Table – and the Daily Prize Drop (Prize Multiplier Weeks) Prize Table further below (hereinafter the “Prize Multiplier Weeks”)
If the winning spin exceeds ten Euros/British Pounds Sterling (€/£ 10), the prize will be paid out based on a bet of ten Euros/British Pounds Sterling (€/£ 10) or the equivalent amount in the Available Currency (as defined further below) X multiplier received.
All prizes won during the Network Promotion Term must be paid out as a fixed cash amount prizes with no wagering requirements.
Mechanics:
Weekly Tournaments (Regular Weeks):
Each Qualifying Week within the Network Promotions Term includes one (1) Weekly Tournament.
One (1) Qualifying Spin (as defined hereunder) may allow player to RANK on the leaderboard.
The leaderboard is RANKed in accordance with the score, which score is based on the highest single spin win amount on any participating game adjusted to the amount of the bet.
The leaderboard is updated in real time and players can view the real time leaderboard in game at any time of their own choosing when playing the participating game(s).
In the event of two (2) or more players finishing a Weekly Tournament on the same leaderboard position, the player who has achieved the score first, will receive the higher prize.
Prizes are paid out to players as a fixed amount.
For players to be eligible to participate in the Weekly Tournaments (Regular Weeks), a real money minimum bet of fifty Euro cents (€0.50) or the equivalent amount in the Available Currency on the participating game(s) is required (hereinafter a “Qualifying Spin”).
If the prize pool of a specific Weekly Tournament has not been fully distributed at the end of the said Weekly Tournament, any surplus funds will be transferred to the prize pool of a later Stage at Pragmatic Play™’s discretion.
How players may participate in Weekly Tournaments (Regular Weeks):
1. A player must join or opt in in any of the participating games.
2. A player must place a real money bet with a minimum stake of fifty Euro cents (€0.50) or the equivalent amount in
the Available Currency on any of the participating game(s) and must get at least one (1) in-game win to qualify for
the Weekly Tournament.
3. The prizes will be distributed to players based on the final score showed on the in-game leaderboard by the end of
each Weekly Tournament.
4. The higher the value of the amount the player wins in one single spin relative to the player’s bet
amount, the higher the player’s score would be.
Daily Prize Drops (Regular Weeks):
Each Qualifying Week within the Network Promotions Term includes seven (7) Daily Prize Drops (each
a “Daily Prize Drop Day”).
One (1) Qualifying Spin (as defined hereunder) may trigger one (1) prize from the prize pool during each Daily Prize Drop.
The random Daily Prize Drop rules and prize tables are built in the participating games. The prize table updates in real time showing, the current standings as well as the number of prizes left.
Prizes will be paid out as per the ‘Prizes’ tab, found in each of the participating games.
Prizes are paid out to players as a fixed amount.
A player may win multiple Daily Prize Drops each Daily Prize Drop Day.
For players to be eligible to participate in the Daily Prize Drops (Regular Weeks), a real money minimum bet of fifty Euro cents (€0.50) or the equivalent amount in the Available Currency on the participating game(s) is required (hereinafter a “Qualifying Spin”).
The Daily Prize Drop will end daily upon the earlier of: (i) 23:59 CEST/CET; or (ii) when there are no more prizes left.
If the prize pool of a specific Daily Prize Drop has not been fully distributed at the end of the respective Daily Prize Drop Day Stage, any surplus funds will be transferred to the prize pool of a later Stage at Pragmatic Play™’s discretion.
How players may participate in Daily Prize Drop (Regular Weeks):
1. A player must join or opt in in any of the participating games.
2. A player must spin at least one (1) real money spin with a minimum bet of fifty Euro cents (€0.50) or the
equivalent amount in the available currencies on the participating game(s).
3. Any qualifying bet placed on any of the participating games may trigger one (1) random prize from the prize pool
during the promotion period.
Weekly Tournaments (Prize Multiplier Weeks)
Each Qualifying Week within the Network Promotions Term includes one (1) Weekly Tournament.
One (1) Qualifying Spin (as defined hereunder) may allow player to RANK on the leaderboard.

If the prize pool of a specific Weekly Tournament has not been fully distributed at the end of the said Weekly Tournament, any surplus funds will be transferred to the prize pool of a later Stage at Pragmatic Play™’s discretion. weeks prize pool.

No minimum real money bet is required for players to be eligible to participate in the Daily Prize Drops (Prize Multiplier Weeks) (hereinafter a “Qualifying Spin”).
A player may win multiple Daily Prize Drops each Daily Prize Drop Day.

In order to be eligible to participate in the Weekly Tournaments (Regular Weeks) and Daily Prize Drops (Regular Weeks) Network Promotions a player shall be required to play a real money spin under the following conditions (hereinafter “Qualifying Spin”):
All spins with a minimum bet of fifty Euro cents (€0.50) or the equivalent amount in the available currencies on the participating game(s) will take part in the Prize Drops and Tournaments.

General Rules
Opt in is required for Operators and for players. Players are required to join/opt in in a game.
In order to take part in the Network Promotion, Operators must opt in during the Network Promotion Term.
In order to qualify for the Network Promotion, at least one (1) banner with main logo “Drops & Wins” must be used on the Operators’ site(s), “Drops & Wins” logo to be added to the participating games and dedicated section to be created for “Drops & Wins” in prominent lobby placements.
The “Drops & Wins” logo or name and/or any other Pragmatic Play™ marketing material shall not be changed, altered or modified in any way, unless expressly authorised in writing by Pragmatic Play™.
Components of the dedicated Network Promotion promo pack must be used on the Operators’ site(s), in newsletters and other media including social media.
Where applicable, it shall be the responsibility of the platform provider to ensure all Operators opt into the Network Promotion. Pragmatic Play™ will be held harmless for the failure of the Operator to opt in to the Network Promotion.
Any and all prizes will be granted pursuant to these terms and conditions, which Pragmatic Play™ may, in its discretion, amend at any time.
Pragmatic Play™ shall pay out a total of four million Euro/British Pounds Sterling (€/£ 4,000,000) for the Network Promotion during the Network Promotion Term. Any non-fixed prizes such as the Weekly Tournament (Prize Multiplier Weeks) prizes, Daily Prize Drop (Prize Multiplier Weeks) prizes which are won in excess of the four million Euros/British Pounds Sterling (€/£ 4,000,000) shall be paid out on the last month of the Network Promotion Term.
It is the responsibility of the Operator to ensure that the prize promotion is conducted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the Network Promotion is offered.
It is the responsibility of the Operator to ensure that Pragmatic Play™‘s products and services comply with the applicable laws of the countries in which the participating game is offered to players.

In – game tool currency: EUR, GBP, USD, CAD, AUD, NZD, SEK, NOK, DKK, AMD, BGN, CZK, GEL, HUF, PLN, RON, RSD, RUB, TRY, CLP, MXN, KZT, INR, PEN, THB, ZAR, JPN, HKD, CHF (“Available Currency”).
The currency conversion rates of in-game prize tables shall be updated at Pragmatic Play™’s sole
discretion.
The below table sets out the currency equivalent according to the minimum bet of fifty Euro cents (€0.50) in qualifying criteria at this specific moment in time (the “Minimum Bet Conversion Table”). If unavailable, the minimum bet will be rounded up to the next higher available bet size in the
participating game. The Minimum Bet Conversion Table shall be updated at Pragmatic Play™’s sole
discretion.

The payment of cash prizes must not be conditioned on any wagering requirements. Players shall be able to withdraw prizes immediately should they elect to do so.
The Operator must choose between manual and automatic pay-out of the prizes.
The Operator who chooses manual pay-out of the prizes shall pay-out the winnings of the fixed cash amount and multiplier amount prizes manually.
The Operator who chooses automatic pay-out of the prizes will have the winnings of fixed cash amount and multiplier amount prizes paid out automatically to player's cash balance.
Prizes/wins may be subjected to any verification processes as may be required by Pragmatic Play™.
Each Operator with a winning player(s) must inform the winning player of the prize and shall credit the cash prize to the winning player’s account within seventy-two (72) hours following the end of the relevant Weekly Tournament or Daily Prize Drop.
Pragmatic Play™ will reimburse all Operators of any amounts paid to winning players who opt for cash prizes by deducting such amounts from the relevant Operator’s invoice. Pragmatic Play™ will deduct any amounts for cash prizes according to the conversion of such amounts in EUR currency.
Any players located in Italy, Sweden and Portugal shall be excluded from participating in the Network Promotion.
If the terms & conditions have been translated into various languages these reflect the same principles. However, in case of any discrepancies between the different language versions, the English version shall prevail.
Pragmatic Play™ reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Network Promotion, Weekly Tournament and/or Daily Prize Drop, including any related terms and conditions, at any time. Any such amendment will not affect players that have opted-in unless the amendment is required to manage/prevent fraud and other unlawful behaviour.
