VIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The offer applies only to registered Users, and is activated automatically.
2. For each bet of 1 euro on interactive slot machines, the User receives 1 SPELETcoin .
         For each bet of 10 euros in other casino games, the User receives 1 SPELETcoins.
3. The user, by accumulating SPELETcoins, can reach 3 levels of loyalty:
   1. Level "Player" - recieved upon obtaining 1000 SPELETcoins. The user receives 2% cashback from the amount of the actual loss.
      * Maximum payout 100 EUR.
   2. Level "Adventurer" - received upon obtaining 5000 SPELETcoins. The user receives 3% cashback from the amount of the actual loss.
      * Maximum payout 200 EUR.
   3. Level "Baller" - received upon obtaining 10 000 SPELETcoins. The user receives 4% cashback from the amount of the actual loss.
      * Maximum payout 500 EUR.
4. Actual Loss - Total amount of bets made by the User in the previous 7 days minus any winnings received in that period.
5. The amount of cashback is credited to the User's profile EVERY MONDAY from 09:00 to 10:00 (06:00 - 7:00 UTC). If the User has reached a new loyalty level before 23:59 Sunday, the cashback is made according to the current loyalty level.
6. The offer is meant only for one person (User), IP address, family, place of residence, e-mail address, phone number and IMEI code, including public places such as libraries and workplaces.
7. In case of violation of the terms of the offer, the amount of the User's Prize will be canceled within the scope of the specific offer and cashback will be not credited.
8. SPELET.LV has the right to autonomously determine the status of a VIP player based on various criteria, including, but not limited to, the overall activity in the games, the total amount of bets, the length of membership, and other parameters that it deems appropriate.
   1. In the case of assigning VIP status to a player, SPELET.LV has the right to provide individual bonuses, such as cashback, risk-free spins, additional features, and special promotions, taking into account the level of VIP status and gaming activity.
9. SPELET.LV has the right to change, prohibit and cancel the terms of the offer at any time.
